We do not use your uploaded participant lists or recipient names to train machine learning models, build marketing databases, or send unsolicited emails.

We understand that event rosters, school award lists, and employee rosters contain sensitive personal identities. Consequently, our server architecture is built entirely around ephemeral, in-memory processing:

• Memory-Only File Handling (RAM): Files uploaded to the certificate generator endpoint are processed using in-memory buffers (Multer memory storage). They are never saved onto physical hard drives or cloud object buckets.
• Immediate Destruction: As soon as the ZIP output stream completes or the HTTP connection terminates, memory buffers are released to system garbage collection.
